So I have read around and there seems to be a wide rage for the stock wastegate setting on the Saab T3. I have seen as low as 4psi and as high as 8psi. Does anyone know the real number? It is from an 84 Saab 900. Any help will be much appriciated.

5psi if the saab had APC... which it prob did... the APC allowed for higher boost setting (8psi) but blead off the boost if it sensed knock.

If the rod is threaded its adjustable.With no tension on the spring ist set at 4.

Post up how that works. I have one from an 89 Saab (watercooled) and was wondering what the stock boost was. I am going to set it very low at first.
