what did you leave it in a barrel of wet cement? If i were you i would get a coupler that fits the inlet that it necked up to 2.5 inch or 3 inch then hook the filter to that...... I think14b inlets are 2"

i use a 2" to 2.5" coupler, and run a 2.5" steel tube to a k&n filter right in that space where the windshield washer fluid used to be.

who runs filters these days? 1 year daily driving with screen mesh and 1 screaming turbo under boost... filters suck :P

damn i wouldnt run w/o a filter....
think about all the dust and ---- that gets in your engine that way...

I ran one season with Screen with no probs also. The only reason I run a filter now is because I got a good sized K&N for free.

i dont have any room to run any pipeing so it would have to be directly on it
