Default Would a downpipe for T3 from an SOHC fit DOHC?

Just like the topic says , Would a T3 downpipe from an 98 SOHC fit a 99 DOHC b16 with little or no modification?
My buddy will sell to me cheap and I'd like to hop on it. But it was on an SOHC 98 EX.

Thanks!

i dont think the engine matters much, as long as the downpipe will mate to the turbo and the downpipe fits the car you should be fine. not that ive tried it, but logically it sounds ok.

Nope, the head sits in a different height, and the oil pan sits at a different height. ---- we couldnt even get a B16a downpipe to fit on a LS/Vtec.
