Default Worried about Turbo

I'm probly just being paraniod, but when I turn my car off I can hear the turbo spinning down. I do have to get out of the car to hear it. It sound like its a little rough. I have no sign of any oil in the exhaust or anywhere that would be coming from the turbo. Is there any reason to worry? BTW I have tried doing hot or cold, long time, short time driving, always the same.

do you leave time prior to shuting down to let the turbine come to an idle spin?

if its a bad sqeeling noise the bearings for your cartrige may need to be replaced.

I always give it a good amout of time before shutting the motor off, plus I have a fan mounted right in front of the turbo. (it's the old A/C fan) It's litterally like 1/8 inch away from it. The turbo is almost new. (like 1500 miles)
