Man it turned out better than i thought. Well heres the story...the turbo i have is from a ford and i cannont find a freakin flange for it to make a new down pipe so wat i did was i went and bough 2.5in exhaust flanges with two holes and welded that to the turbo itself:....looks better in person but it'll do.

next i used only one 2.5 u bend from a local muffler shop.
welded one end to the exhaust flange and wallah!...

I just ordered a flex pipe and carsound cat all for 68 bucks from ebay...i just hope it will line up with the existing exhaust...anyways i did this all on a arc stick welder...and now im glad i have a stick because some of the welds were positioned in a very tight spot. I will also be using an audi external wastegate and routing it in there somewhere....more to come soon...

 

Did you weld your turbo to the manifold? Make sure you brace that to support the weight. Cast will hold fine as long as its not asked to hold much weight.
