I am making my own downpipe, and i need a o2 bung for the o2 sensor

Will this work, do you guys think that the stock o2 sensor will fit in there, i can weld that to the pipes when im making the downpipe, it says i can get it in 2.5 pipe and u cant beat 6 bucks

 

its aluminized pipe i wouldnt use it just make the dp go to muffler shop and say" i need o2 bong welded here"or drill a whole where you need it and weld your own in.

 

does anyone know where i can get a bung that will fit a honda o2 sensor

you know what you could prolly go to hardeware store and match a nice nut up to your o2 or like

Standard size 18mm x 1.5 O2 sensors bungs are available at most exhaust shops,or on line at Summitracing.

just go to any local parts store and ask for an o2 bung, napa has em.

 

I got mine from a local shop just walked in and asked for it, cost me like $1 or something like that just weld it on then you can put it where every want it. About the size, Id didn't know what it was when i got mine and the dude said most were the same size so i don't think you'll have any problems.

 

I got mine from Jegs.com I ordered o2 bung from performance curve on ebay a while ago and they never sent it to me....

 

why not to use a standard 18*1.5mm 6 flanks NUT ?
