but will this work i want to use one of these zietronix egt probes with my autometer gauge will it work?
they are both k grade wire

check the specs on the autometer gauge somewhere. if it reads or comes with a k-type thermocouple it will work fine, you just have to get the wires figured out right. shop around, you don't have to buy it from zietronix either, you could probably get it any industrial supply place and it will work the same as long as the guage reads they type of thermocouple you buy. try www.mcmaster-carr.com they may even have something.
