will LX/DX exhaust manifold work with the turbo?

i have a 92 civic 4 door
can i use the exhaust manifold from the DX/LX and make if fit the 14B or t25 turbo inlet...
what about the downpipe?
can i use the stock one but just modify it?

You can use any manifold for the d series that has the cat right off the manifold because it has the flange to make it work as a turbo manifold. You will still have to have an adaptor plate made to adapt the turbo to the manifold.

You can use a stock DSM top piece of the downpipe. This bolts directly to the turbo, you just have to make the rest. Either that, or you can just get the flange and make a much sexier one.

The stock down pipe is much too small. You will need at least 2.5" exhaust with any turbo system. That is my recomendation.

I agree with BlackDSM. You can use the manifold off a pre-cat civics but an adapter plate will still be required to flange it together. If you need a pre-cat civic manifold, let me know. I saw a few on the junkyard nearby.

i have the dx manifold already....
i drive a 92 civic 4-door
but i live in toronto so i don't think you wanna ship it to me...
