Don't think it's something leaking, because then you should have some boost at top end too.

The exhaust could be the problem, what's the diameter? I would try a run with only a downpipe, or no pipe at all.

good luck,

Pieter

sk8rmike: I am using a BOV from and mx-6/probe GT, it has a denso sticker on it.

DUTCH: I am running a 2.5 inch downpipe into a 2.25 mid pipe...straight through, no cat, just muffler and glasspack open resonator.

T90acc4dr:
is there a way to eliminate the turbulance?

-thanks for all the help and input. BTW, I read that the RHb5 turbos were ---- in the top end. is the turbulence causing the turbine to stop spinning the reason why somepeople have made that judgement? and to all RHb5 users, have you ever had the problem i am running into?

When we say the RHb5's are ---- at top end, we dont mean the ******* loose all boost they just dont pull nearly as hard.

Why is boost going away... My guess is your wastegate is fucked up, if it all of sudden drops to 0 your WG is staying open to long or to early. If your IC piping is holding good at 7psi, I highly doubt you have any leaks that would drop it that low, unless your blowing lines of each time you drive. The BOV, wouldnt leak out 7psi that fast.. Maybe, dissconnect it if you think its a problem. BOV's work on VAC, and Wastegates work on positive pressure.

Good luck, and let us know what you find.

Jeff
