when i drive the car and let off the gas the bov goes off but sometimes at lower boost or partial throttle another sound goes off the is on the drivers side are that is like a wooosh....woosh air fluttering I can not find any leaks on my charge pipes etc...what else could it be?

Its compressor surge, Air going back into the turbo blades though the air filter, try and tune your BOV to get rid of the sound, thats the BOV's job, Its nothing to worry about, it will take a little life away from the turbo but nothing to worry yourselve about, It sounds

I have an after blow off sound from teh diaphragm of teh BOV that goes "ding dang doonnnng". lol.
