Default white smoke coming from tailpipe

The other day I started my car and left it idleling for about 10 minutes while I cleaned my garage and all-of-a sudden a lot of white smoke started coming out of my exhaust. It also smelled like something burning under the hood. I haven't been driving my civic much this summer since gas prices are out of control here in NYC and since I've been busy braking in my rsx type s. I have a 95 coupe with a gsr and garret t3/t4, hondata s200, etc set to 8psi. For a while I started to notice that the car won't pull as hard, my bov doesn't sound as loud as it used to, the boost only goes up to 6 or 7 and my oil gets cooked by 2k. I have doubled checked my oil return line--it looks fine and points straight down, checked for boost leaks and things look good. The question is, has my turbo gone bad?--I bought it brand new 12k miles ago, or is my motor beginning to check out? This weekend I plan to do a compression test. I believe white smoke is due to oil burning. Incidentally, I also found very small traces of oil in the coolant when upgrading to fluidyne radiator 2 months ago. Worn piston rings will be fine since I plan replacing the pistons and rods eventualy but a cracked cylinder wall or head sound like a big headache. Any help would be highly appreciated before I start tearing things appart. Damn--I didn't mean to make this thead so long!

lol, i dont think its the rings or anything, bad rings would make blue smoke, im thinking more along the lines of a bad head gasket, if oil is leaking into the coolant than u have a bad headgasket, white smoke means your burning coolant, u also could be leaking oil out of the head and it would burn and smell like bad oil, but change ur head gasket, and if it over heated u probably want to get your head resurfaced. just go to honda, a head gasket will be like 60-100 i think maybe a little more. but deff change the head gasket. -blake
