where to find a k03 3-bolt outlet flange

yes i searched (the faq's need some organization?) i cant find any companies that make it or where to get one. need the 3-bolt outlet and everyone seems to only have the 4-bolt outlet flange

not sure, trying to find the dimensions. ah! about a 2.5" opening and center to center bolt holes are 3.5" apart. help!
