where can i get turbo seals for 14b

my car started smoking alot, but only at idle and wen i let go of the gas sometimes, so every1 saying its the turbo seals, where can i get them, and how much are they?

i looked they didnt have any for seals for a 14b turbo.

So the turbo is shot again?

So the turbo is shot again?

im not sure i think its my returno line, i shortened it big time, and its a little kinked so im goin to change it.
