Where can I find this turbo housing piece?
I have searched everywhere online and I need to get the piece that clamps the exhaust and intake housing of my Td04h 15b turbo together. When I bought the turbo it came without this piece so I am screwed. 
Sorry for the newb question. Where is a good place online to order this clamp? Is there a special name it is called?

That sucks that you got an incomplete turbo.. have you looked into maybe buying a turbo with bad bearings in it or a junker unit to rob parts off of?
Some kit wholesalers might be able to order specific parts like that for your turbo, I see kits on sale on ebay all the time. Have looked to see what other turbos share similarites to yours that you might be able to get parts from as well?
