Default Where to buy Adapter Plates?

Where do you guys buy the Mild Steel Plates for your adapter plates?

Are you trying to make your own plate. If you are you can go to the classifieds and just buy one and save yourself the trouble. Just a suggestion :P

I bought mine in the classifieds section, sticky at the top by bmc I believe.

thanks, but no.... I just would like to know where you get the Bare plates from.... i'll probably roll down to a machine shop monday and see...

BMC racing is top notch !!! Be built me a TD04L-13T wrx turbo plate and a T3 plate and both were perfect.

Thanks, Thanks, but I Just Want to find Steel Plates. I can cut them myself. I tried industrial and auto machine shops ::thumbsdown:: ... I'm gonna try another place today... Hey Jeff, Beau, Where do you guys get blank plates? come on hmt...

I just went to a big metal supply store in my cities industrial section. they had huge medal everywhere and the guy just found a piece cut it to the right size on the brake and weighed it up, it cost me 2 bucks. so you just have to find a a steel yard

Also wait for the companys to close at night and go rooting through there metal skips outside! that way it is free! The HMT way!
