Default Whats turbo should I use.. B series

I have a 91' Civic HB with a B16 stock internals. I use to have a turbo ZC before this. I have everything ( mani , Wastegate, I/C etc. ) except my turbo. I'm only going to run 8 PSI for now and when I finish building my other B16 motor I will be running 15PSI. So I want a turbo that will spool o.k. at 8 but even better at 15. I'll buy a big turbo if need be and deal with the lag for now. I was looking at a T3-T4 .50 trim with a .48 A/R. I'm open to suggestions on a better turbo ? My friend has a T3-T4 60-1 that he's selling but I think that turbo is too big for only 8 PSI. I can deal with lag but not lag to the point where I'm not seeing boost until 6,000. So what size turbo should I get.

Yo remember me I was the guy that bought your turbo kit off of you last spring? I finally installed it and it pulls pretty good. You still haven't boosted that B16 you got after blowing up your ZC?
