I get 27-32 mpg highway with my Turbo DA6 on TE. Thats actually better than I was getting on the stock ECU unbosted...

Remember your idle can be in the 15-16 range and low load vacuum areas can be in the 15.0 - 15.2 range where most of your driving occurs. This will help fuel comsumption greatly.

I get a shitty idle if I try to lean out the idle that far for some reason. I was logging with stock injectors and a stock ECU to watch where the A/F was and it seemed to shoot for a 14.2 all the time. Although that was with a P05 ECU and a DX 16 valve topend.

I fixed my 2000rpm erratic idle by hooking the PCV back up. I guess I forgot to do that when I did the last head gasket.

I'm getting awful mileage with my N/A B16 right now, no clue why. At first it had to be because my O2 sensors weren't hooked up properly (reversed) but even after getting them hooked up correctly I'm only getting 20-25 MPG in town and probably worse on the highway because I'm revving at about 4k at 70mph.
