It will work. Based on the second picture, the line has sufficient slope to allow good flow to the oil pan.

I've never had a turbo clocked that far, but the oil line looks good. On baboonseven's car the turbo was about that level. We had the drain going straight down, and then a 90 off the drain flange straight into the pan. It only smoked a little at stop lights, but with a slight restriction there was nothing.

 

Mine's like that. no problems here.
