What turbo will give me 300hp at 10psi on a b16?

Default What turbo will give me 300hp at 10psi on a b16?
Like the tittle says, which turbo will give me 300hp at 10psi on a 99si b16? Will a t3/t4 get me there at 10psi? I don't want to run higher than 12psi cause I'm using a vafc and it's a stock block w/dsm 450s.Thanks.

The car is already turbo charged, but I'm using a t3 .60 and I get 246hp at 10psi. I want to take it to the next level 300hp.

just up the boost and chip your ecu, 300whp with a vafc isnt real easy
