Do you know anything about the motor? Detroit Diesel, Navistar, Cat, Allson? Narrow the powerplant down and I can tell you what it is. My money is on Garrett. If you can get me a VIN i can tell you exactly what it is.

i think its a holset, its just sitting at a local yard late eighties international S1800 with an inline 6, it was automatic thinking it might be worth my time to go pull this bitch

Looks like the compressor that's on my t3/t04b s-trim. Has that weird raised section for a ID plate or something. It would be a straight t04b though, good for a BIG motor with moderate power gains.
