Got this with a greddy manifold for a bseries and I'm a noob to turbos. What I know about he turbo: .80ar on the compressor side, it's a garrett, internal wastegate, the air intake part of it has a bolt on flange on it and so does the output air part of it but I don't have those.

Is one side aluminum and the other iron?

 

Except he is more than likely talking about a T25 from a Volvo, Saab, or Grand Prix. Does it have a .64 A/R or .68 A/R exhaust side?

From what I can see it looks like either a gt25r, gt28r or gt28rs because thats teh only turbos I can find that have the bolt on flanges for the inlet and outlet of the compressor side. Maybe I'm wrong but then again I'm a noob....lol

 

Sorry about the pics but my camera sucks. I didnt see a place on it where it has the ar of the exhaust. Yeah it looks like one side is cast aluminum and the other side is cast iron like the manifold. It is oil and water holes in teh center section.

Then you don't know your turbos. It's a T25.

 

From everything I have seen online it looks like a gt28r. But they don't come with the .80 ar on the compressor side. Just wanting to make sure this turbo will be good an a LS motor or a b20b with LS head but only running around 8-10 psi.
