what spark plug to run???

i have a HMT kit on my 90 civic si. withthe stock d-16. what NGK plug should i be using? whats the best? thanks Brian

NGK V-Power's, i assume your talking about the heat range though, i run stock...

I switched to VEX plugs, they seem to work run a little bit colder then factory.

NGK's work well for me... I think on their website they say to run one step colder for every 100 hp you go over stock hp or something like that. Might want to double check that to make sure though.
