i am going to go out tomorrow and pick up some weld el's for my custom manifold. i have never bought them before, is there a certain size that i should use? width? diameter? or do i just eyeball wich ones to use..you know like how exhaust comes in sizes..what do you guys use? thanks

i got my weld els today i took a exhaust gasket to get the correct port size and it seems that the 1.5 inch ones where the best to use..cost me $30.00 for them. those t's are expensive..but it will still be far cheaper than buying one...lucky for me there is a huge pipe supply wharehouse nearby that has huge boxes of them..the guys where cool and helped me find the right ones..
