i would go with the plate that turns off the caps lock ya **** gobbler.

 

10:1 should be fine, by fine i mean there is a chance it will blow your motor either way.
any one of the three will work, you said its just for a week, and putting an fmu in you can't care much about your engine in the first place, so its up to you, but the 8:1 will save you a bit of gas
