Ideally, at low boost youd want to go with 2.0" Piping. If your talking about a bigger turbo and some higher pressures, youd want to go with 2.5"

2" for that turbo is fine but I'm sure you'll be upgrading so you might as well step up the piping now.

is there a hp limit per say for a certain size charge piping? like 2" is good for so much hp...2.25" is good for this amount...2.5" is good for this amount

its a trade off. If you use smaller piping you get faster boost response because your turbo has to move less vol. of air to pressurize your manifold. This is why turbo eclipse's use really small piping(like only an inch and a half i think.) If you use bigger piping you can flow more air with less restriction and create more power. If you want a insta-boost set up go with the smaller piping but if you want power go with 2.5in pipe

I just do 2.5 because it is a all round good size and charge piping can be reused on many setups with minor change if you go bigger later etc.

Definately a good way to look at it.

You can mix piping size, it really doesnt have much of an effect at all as long as the transition is smooth. Stock turbo cars have this sort of thing all the time, there really is no max hp based on pipe size, its just about efficiency and how much more / less air will be moved in the same amount of time.

I always use 2.25 because it's a good medium.
