im running full 3" piping straight back to a 3" magnaflow straight through muffler. sounds awesome but its too loud for me. i think running rich for so long has caused me to clog up some of the baffling making it louder. im gonna be on the look out for a resonator

Magnaflow cant really even hear the car at idle. It gets a little loud when you are mashing on it. But it is quiet other than that. All of the people that I usually am around have gotten pulled over for "modified" exhaust. Not me.

I bought the 3" Hooker flat black straight through muffler off Summit. Sounds a little loud, but I think that's mainly due too all my exhaust leaks.

i used to have a 2.5" Magnaflow Muffler
put in a stock muffler back
going to instal a exhaust cut-out
any of you guys have one ?

I currently have a 2.5 straight through to a Dynomax from Advance Auto. Its too loud and raspy for me, not to mention my filled mounts rattle the shiat out of the car already, so I ordered a summit glasspack muffler as a resonator. From the sounds this thread it'll quiet it down a bit. :D

High flow cat and an old Vibrant muffler (back when they used to give a ----) No idea how it sounds yet but on my buddies NA coupe it was nice and quiet while cruising but deep when reving, so with the turbo it should be super quiet but have a nice deep tone when in high RPM

Im running the $20 2.5" Summit turbo muffler and its very quiet. I made about 330whp through that muffler and with my 3" cutout I made 30whp more.
