yea i paid through paypal. should i do this now or try to work with him before hand?

 

I'd try to work with him first, until you confirm what it is. But remember that paypal generaly has a 30day policy, so do it quickly. If you paid with credit card through paypal, talk with the CC company and see what your timeframe is there.

I wouldn't give up on it.. but I'd really try to confirm it completely before taking a hit on a bunk turbo.

It looks very much like an IHI vj11 RHB5 turbo to me, not sure which one but somone mentioned an MX6 which came with one of these stock, hope this helps, id look around for other pictures of an RHB5

 

is that going to be a shitty turbo for a stock ls?

 

Pretty sure thats some sort of IHI, but Im not postive.

 

ok i got this response from him when i confronted him about the turbo not being a t3t4 garrett......"I'm selling it exactly as I bought it, and I advertised it as the same as what I bought it for, if its not as advertised, then I didn't konw it"....... thats some bs if you ask me!!! i think its time to contact paypal

 

me? he misrepresented the product but oh well im not getting fucked because of this.

 

I finally found a pic with a good description. Looks like its a Garrett T25 with the integral CBV. Installed on volvos very rare i guess.
