so i went to a junkyard today... and i see a turbocharger laying on a shelf.... and asked how much for that...the dude was like i'll give it to u for 50$...i thought he was ------ around ....so he didnt and i picked it up .....just wanted to know what kind of turbo it is....and how would i fit the piping on it??...looks like a airesearch/garrett t3 ....u think? damn how would get da charge piping on dis shiet theres like no space for it....HELP!!!

BTW for 50$ it was pretty good cond. just needed some cleaning...

That is a odd looking turbo.Just go by a welding shop and get someone to weld a 3-4" piece on the outlet for some beer or cash.$50 if it's in good shape looks like a decent deal.

I agree bit Im leaning more towards Mercedes.I remember seeing a couple of those at the J.Y but I figured I would have the same problem your having if I pulled one :P

you can see it says airesearch on the turbing housing. compressor housing looks like it might match a regular t3 bolt pattern. u would have to check, and the wheel size might be different. but worth a shot.
looks like it has a built in bypass valve and wastegate.
if you can get that to work, it would be cool to see how it well or shitty it works. .
