what goes inside this turbo xs boost controler???
So i bought this boost controler from a member on here and got it and the inside is empty..He said he had it hooked up in his car and it worked but ive tryed a few diffrent ways and its always wide open even when its all the way closed. Does anyone know whats inside of it(im thinking ball and spring but its not the design of the homemade one's so its hard to know how it all goes)
Hers a few pics of how i hooked it up and what the inside of them look like..
If anyone has one they can take apart and let me know whats inside and how it goes i would really apriciate that thanks.
The gold is how far the threads on the fittings go in and the little black **** is how far the pin goes down completly closed
This is how ive tryed to hook it u turned it around and everything tryed the top nipple and still no go..

i'm also guessing ball and spring type thing, sorry cant help you on that but how do you like that manifold? Keep a close eye on it, I have one just like it and it cracks all the time. I just welded it up again today actually.

i picked this one up.. you should have too, 2 stages.... stock, and the set boost
. It's a little pricey but it would aggrivate me to beat hell to not have access to the boost from the cockpit.

read the whole thread it talks about the xs being a diaphragm one not a bleeder. and to hook it up off the turbo not the intake becouse it sucks in the diaphragm the wrong way causing it to malfunction
