What gasket for T25 / Hf

Hopefully someone can help, I have a T25 which I will be pairing up to a Hf Manifold. Where or what gaskets to I use for the combo. Would metal gasket material work if I cut it myself

I looked at these sites, but still dont know what flange I need myself... Im looking for a flange too... so if anyone knows, please enlighten us.
