Default what the ---- is up with me car??


I have tried so many differemt setting including timming from the btm but nothing is working. when i first got it together it ran strong as hell but now it pops and stumbles between 4500-5500 and gets a check engine light that goes way if i stay on the gas all the way to redline.
usually happen only in first and second somtimes third other than that the car runs good idles fine drives fine i can even boosted to redline at partial throttle but something happens when i floor it that is causing it to do that what could it be??

afc at -36
450 cc dsms with fuel pump
8 psi
btm at 1 degree on the ****
93 oct
ngk 7 at .028

this is only at full throttle has anyone experienced this before?

Where are ALL of the settings? Are they all set right? What cel are you getting? Where is the crossover point on the AFC?

this is all on a d16a6 the car already had a resister box
it drives good like for example at half throttle i can run the car up to redline with boost and it runs fine but when i floor it the car starts to pop and the check engine light comes on for a sec and goes away and smoothes out if i stay on the gas. i don't understand here is the settings

4cyl arrow up
th pt 71 72
low hi
1000-3000 -40 1000-3000 -38
3000-5000 -38 3000-5000 -36
5000-6500 -36 5000-6500 -35

what do you guys think?

Those settings look good. You might want to take a look at the injectors. Something has to be malfunctioning(well duh)if your settings are all good. Have you tried to pull a code?

Try not staying on the gas so you can see what the cel code is. Also, you might want to try retarding your timing all the way at the distributor to test that angle. There is no saying that if the timing is the culprit, it will detonate everywhere. The ecu doesn't see your true pressure so it is advancing it too much under full throttle. That is just one idea. Another is to richen your fuel with the afc. Just because certain settings work on one car doesn't mean they will on another. I've seen some pretty wide variation between vechicles, so try richening the full throttle side a lot and see what happens. Neither can hurt you, and some combination might resolve your problem. But definately try to get the cel code...

Yeah, or you could put some high octane gas in it and see what happens. :P

I'm curious to see what cel it gives, if any. My car used to throw cels, but wouldn't give out what cel it was. That really didn't help things much.

I will try messing with the distributor. the code doesn't stay on so i can read it. it dissapears after i get off the gas with in a few secondes its really wierd and it won't let me launch it I tried to dump the clutch holly ---- bad idea check engine car goes stupid won't let me boost.
