yeha it will cool down your charge temps, but your tune wont add extra fuel to make up for the cooler temps.
IMO, Just buy a good FMIC and call it a day, if it is a race car , get a water2air. If you already have a good FMIC, then get pistons/rods/cams/save it towards sleeving your block/etc.

12's are very easy to hit with ls blocks on street tires. But thats usually the breaking point for the stock motors. And no, he's not hitting 12's becuase of that cooler. Me and 3 of my friends had 12 second stock block integra's. All it takes is a little tuning and to be able to drive...

I can't remember where but I read a test on those intercooler sprays and at a moderate horsepower level with the intake well out of the way of the intercooler the gain was under 10hp. It was about the same with nitrous and with c02. When they put the intake back where it normally would go the power increase was considerably more (atleast 20 hp I think with nitrous). If you want to cool your intake charge just spray a shot of nitrous directly into the charge piping. The most gains you will see from that kit will be the intake sucking in the nitrous.
