what to expect. and anything to add?
ok im planning on boosting my crx which i just finished swapping a b18b into and heres what ill be using for my kit.
K26 turbo
HMT manifold
starion front mount
RC 310's
dsm BOV
as of now im not planning on using any mangaement or control for boost. any recommendations? let me know thnx -mike

Thats badass but why are you going to purposely blow up your motor? Well whatever, pistons will melt on the test run. If I were you I wouldn't hook up the wastegate so at least when the motor does go it'll make a cool video

it wasnt a "stupid *** post" i was asking if people thought i should use management and the only thing people said was "say good bye to your motor" which doesnt tell me much. sorry if i sounded rude but im looking for help here. any recommendations on management?

No offense, but it was a stupid post...if you hang around long enough, you'll see that everyone (EVERYONE!) uses some sort of fuel and engine management,so there's no need to ask the question.
I'm guessing your best bet is 450s from a DSM along with a S-AFC or V-AFC. You can also try bigger injectors and Hondata, or some other tuning software. Just search for the details on that... Good luck!

no offense but you only have 3 posts so stfu.....any advice on those with a lot of experience with fuel management? i was thinking of using a 12:1 FMU would i be able to slide with just that for fuel management for now?

If you would have said "what type of fuel management is best for my application?" and provide what type of boost your running instead of "I'm not planning on using fuel management." you might have been able to avoid the smartass comments. Dumbass posts get dumbass replies, legitimate posts get helpful replies. You know how it is around here.
Now that you actually have a legitimate question, yes a 12:1 FMU is fine for low boost application but you DEFINITELY have to run an inline booster pump.

if its OBD0 just run turboedit and ditch the FMU and upgrade your injectors to DSM 450cc's just in case you need to up your fuel when you are on the dyno. If you dont trust the old DSM ones, then just get the RC 440cc injectors...
You pretty much need fuel management for boost regardless. Thats why most turbo kit include some form of it--although they are not all created equal. FMU is very low on that list of how good the fuel management is...
