Default What else is needed?

whats up guys. I'm building a Turbo for my DOHC ZC.

As for right now, I have my hands on a T28 Turbo, FMIC, BOV, Oil Lines, Piping(can be done at exhaust shop),Turbo Manifold

What is is needed as in parts and management?

Still trying to load up my head with FI basics before i start the project.

an AFC is a fuel controller made by APEXi basically (for our application) it makes it so we can use oversized (dsm 450cc) injectors to account for our stock fuel system not being able to support boost. For this you'll need the S-AFC, DSM 450cc injectors, i'm not sure whether you have or do not have a resistor box stock if you don't you need to get one. All that stuff can be found on ebay, here, or DSMtrader.com.

on top of that you'll need gauges a place to put those gauges, a vacuum tee for your boost gauge and dome various gaskets, you're close man.

oh yea, forgot that i need to go grab a set of 450cc injectors. So the AFC is so we can use bigger injectors correct? What if I chip the ECU for bigger injectors. I wont need the S-AFC right?

Thats correct. Theres a few turbo editors out there that allow you to tune your own ecu for what you need. In my opinion they are probably the best for fuel management because it gives you the capability to tune anything you need to. Don't get me wrong... the AFC will work fine with 450s, but if you want better, I'd go with the ecu idea.
Price range will all depend on what you want. Theres a few free editors out there that are great. Or you could run Hondata or Ghettodyne. (theres a few others I'm sure).

Heh, actually I just I wrote my last scentence a little wierd. Ghettodyne is a free ecu tuning program. Basically all you have to do is buy a chip programmer, eproms, and own a computer.
