Re:what can I use for custom Charge pipings??
I dont know from experience, but ABS should work fine. I dont think I would trust using it before the intercooler though. I know it is pretty heat resistant, but I have seen it warp on an eclipse where he had it really close to the turbo. As far as holding boost I dont see any problem. I know that small PVC plastic tubing can hold like 200 psi(compressor lines), so Im sure ABS plastic will have no problem holding enough boost for a car(7+psi). When ABS plastic is put together right its almmost seamless and there's an array of different bends you can use. It seams like that flexible exhaust stuff would put a lot of resistance on the air with all those "ribs". I plan on using bent steel tubing before the intercooler and ABS plastic after the intercooler

I was just going to mention that...
most factory turbo setups use Rubber hose, similar to radiator hoses...
That could work... if it holds the pressures of coolant, surely it wold hold boost pressures...

Using Truck radiator hose and misc piping, you can make just about anything you need for cheap. Take a look here for some ideas: Cheap intercooler piping
In case you don't know who Gus Mahon was, he had a Turbo Plymouth Acclaim boosting 20+ PSI running 12's using this kind of setup. It'll hold just fine.
