I've read on one forum (Supra forum) that Saab Bosh BOVs are very good, they don't make so desired pssssssssssst 
, but do their job very well and hold up to something around 1 bar (~15PSI).
Actualy I got one but still my junk turbo kit is not installed so can't tell if it is as good as it is said to be.

Seriously... my TIAL 50 mm scares old ladies and ---- when it lets loose only at 10 psi (2.5 " pipes) I was coming through the expo center tunnel under moderate acceleration, shifted, it let loose, and people turned around like they were gettin shot at!!! LOL.
