Went to the track today. Turbo Del Sol (D16z6) ~8.5psi
Best time was 14.3(just to keep everyone happy ) @ 100.3mph Breaking 100mph was my goal for the night. Happy i did it.
2.464 60' (STOCK SUSPENSION )
I was running about 8.5-8.8 psi of boost. (my damn boost controller doesn't work right now . I wanted to run w/ 10psi) But for my first time at the strip, im DAMN happy.
Here's the breakdown....
R/T .770
60' 2.464
330 6.357
1/8 9.443
MPH 81.00
1000 12.073
1/4 14.317
MPH 100.3
Considering the bad 60' I was EXTREMELY happy with the time. The trap speed itself is good for mid-low 13's on slicks, and that's just on ~8.5psi. Can't wait to turn it to 10 and see what she'll do.
My goal was 13.9 on street tires BTW. Im pretty sure ill be close next time out on 10psi
Questions/Comments LMK!

Nice R/T. Were you asleep? Just playin. I love the track, the adrenaline rush is awesome. Hopefully I'll have some new boosted time slips within the next 2 weeks. I'm looking for 13's too.

Thanks guys! If anyone wants a scan of the timeslip LMK! Ill bust out the scanner. My next best trap was a 99.65mph w/ a 14.6 though .
Tire/jacks and stuff were removed from the trunk, interior bins and visors I took out along w/ floor mats. A/C and P/S is out as well. My cruise is still in. about a 1/4 tank of gas.
My setup is...
D16z6
60 trim T3 turbo .63/.60
Tyrus intercooler
Uberdata running BBKA's stock map.
Open Downpipe
DSM 450cc injectors
skunk2 SS
Spec stage 3 6 puck sprung clutch
Stock suspension w/sam's club all season tires (good tread). (good year HP i think)

Nice time, I would be happy and just stick to the 8.5psi. Don't want to push your luck that much do you? Just kidding. Try a race track with corners next time. It's much more fun than the drag strip.

lol Thanks! Actually, im sure 14.317 is 14.3 where you come from. But I guess that's what I get for being a little more honest Ill fix it for your sake though hehe . (im just playin around)
Actually, I had A LOT of fun. I've been to auto-x would like to try it. But right now, ill stick to drag racing.
Also, BBKA's tune is good for 12psi. W/conservative timing 10psi wont be a sweat
That 6 puck sprung clutch is amazing. It's VERY easy to drive. It's not bad at all. I had the same thought's when I first installed it. But after driving it and breaking it in, at times it hard to tell the difference between that and stock.
I tried to air down the tires but it didn't help any because I couldn't launch above 3000RPM (I had FTL on). I was actually really pissed. It was set way too damn low, but I worked with what I had. I lowered the fronts to about 20-22psi. The backs were at 25-27 and I bumped them up to 40 and it added a mph or 2.
