well the time has come to step it up!!!
So last week I ripped the ligaments in my ankle and the docs said that it is going to be about 12 weeks till I can walk right again. So i decided to redo my car in the down time.
Current set up is.
B16a
ITR intake mani and throttle body
skunk2 springs and retainers
ss valves
gsr cams
srp 9:1
eagle rods
turbonetics t3/t4
tial wastegate 38mm w/10psi spring
custom manifold
and prolly more
had this set up for a little over a year but it isnt enough for me. So i am scrapping the whole bottom end and going bigger. I just bought a b18a block with JE sleeves 84mm, so I am thinking on what to do. 9:1 or 9:5:1 with pauter rods. Keeping the head putting crower stage 3's in. port+polish the head.
That is what I am planning in the next few weeks, i will be updating regularly with pics of the build, I ripped the b16 apart and out last night. In a wheelchair. LOL. I am also throwing the hondata out for the crome pro. DSM 450cc are coming out just got my precision 880cc in. But I am looking for advice on things to do such as piston size and any other good gouge.
Thanks
Nick
