I am using a gasket on the manifold and between the turbo and the manifold, however I don't have one between my downpipe flange and my turbo outlet.

it's more than likely between your manifold and turbo. are you using gaskets? if so, what kind, metal or what?

yeah the injectors click. it sounds like when valve lifters need adjustment on an old engine.

As soon as I get my hands on a digital camera, I'm tryin right now. You still didn't answer my question tho

Is it a bad thing when the injectors click?

My injectors clicked for the first two weeks then it seemed to have gone away. Must be them injector fairies I've been hearing about :P. The clicking is fine........if I remember correctly it has something to do with scaling them down. Anyways it should go away eventually. Either that or I just got use to it.

naw that's not a bad tjing it's normal, i think mine stil click. i just don't notice it. i remember noticing them clicking not to long ago. they stil click.
