ok so im running into some troubles with the rc 440cc injectors, Im not sure exactly how they are supposed to fit, It seems like they dont fit right into the stock O-rings on the manifold. Do i hhave to mod them or something? they came with some shorter rings and when i put them in and tighten the rail down they seem ok but im not sure.

Think about this for a sec, you are trying to fit a 440cc injector into a 240cc injector ring. Dremel the 240cc til it fits

i was under the impression that the rc440 were "plug and play" so thats why I asked. plus an injector doesnt have to be physically bigger to put out more fuel

not bad for $2000 stock at 125k on the clock

also to pay for everything i work full time, Im also a full time college student and becoming an RN so keep that in mind why the updates are slow, and why im posting at 2am while on my break between papers lol

I really appreciate any support or constructive criticism. I would like to have it boosted around thanks giving break. I just finished swapping the suspension,z6 tranny,12lb ACT flywheel, ebay special 6 puck, fabbing the seat rails, the exhaust, along with a basic tune up.( pics tomorrow)

next up is a y8 mani swap

sucks to kinda start over but I now know what not to do lol

Yeah, that sucks dude. Was anything salvagable...like your manifold, etc. etc.?? Good luck with the hatch. Pretty clean ride.
