ok well Ive made some progress, mocked it all up and I made the charge pipes. I welded the **** out of them and smoothed them down but I keep getting leaks when i put water in then to test, they seem like pinhole leaks but are still there. Im thinking a nice layer of JB weld! lol

next issue im having is im still not sure on BOV placement, Cant put it in the usual spot by the throttle body since thats aluminum and i cant weld it so its either the cold or hot side of the intercooler. Not sure but i think I might recirculate the BOV

Any reason I cant put the BOV close to the turbo? I dont see why it would be bad but any insight would be helpful.

pics coming up as soon as I find my bluetooth card for my laptop

Im thinking about putting the BOV on that black pipe facing upwards then just recirculating it into the intake I will make for the turbo inlet

IDK man whenever is good for you, not sure where though? I mounted it in the pass side fender behind the bumper.

I have a flex pipe going onto the down pipe, the dump tube is staying solid, if it breaks ect then ill add a flex

well I have it all mocked up now im just finishing the downpipe and the oil lines. It all looks pretty good, I think i did a decent job of fabing it all up, now im breaking it all down, heatwraping it and prepping the engine for boost. I will be putting it the ARP studs, changing the head gasket, installing the 440cc injectors and a vac block and fabricating a catch can.

I need some help finding a gasket for the downpipe its a 5 bold DP and i need to find alot of vac lines for CHEAP lol. thanks guys, pics coming up this evening.

Ebay. Vac hose for $16 bucks shipped. 26' of it i believe in 3 different sizes from pilot.

Gaskets are like $10 on ebay or you could cheap out and hose both flanges down with copper gasket spray. If they're both flush and flat, it will seal. I'd just get both if i were you.

Nice ek. Good luck with the rest of the install.
