one way or the next, im pretty set on buying from CCA .. seem like good folk from what i hear....

Alum. actualy dissipates heat where steel and SS actually hold it longer. Alum. is certainly the best material to use for charge pipes!

I agree with just getting steal and painting them.I got mine frome Summit and paid $60somthing shipped for enough 2.25" manderals to do my setup.And I think I had a few bends left over.

But I disagree with using aluminum.Heat is extreamly atracted to aluminum.I would do steel or stainless if your a baller.Remember you can polish the stainless just as easyly as aluminum

Why not arrange a Group buy for some Mandrel Bends then?

QUESTION
DSM T25 on a z6. How big do you guys think I should have my charge piping? 2", 2.25" or 2.5"??

2.5 the entire way, but off the turbo it will be small around 2in, Just get a adapter or something to enlarge it before it goes into the intercooler.
