When I start boosting, it goes good untl about 5000 rpm, then it hesitates an it feels lik it is not boosting anymore, but the gauge is still reading boost. Now, the weird ---- is, all the pressure in the charge pipes does not go out the BOV. it pops out of the turbo?

 

what?? you mean that your bov dosent open when your tb closes? that means the spring in it is too strong.

whats your car/setup?

 

external WG?

 

is it the wastegate causing th hesitation?

 

do you have an air/fuel gauge? What does it read when this happens.
what is your fuel management?

 

The gauge goes crazy, like it leans out. I have a AFC set at -33 across the board. 440 cc injectors, 255 walbro pump, MSD btm (at .6), Fuel Press Reg,. I need it to pull a good run so I can it tuned.
