Convention.

If it's an older turbo, I would skip the watercooling.
If it's brand new, I would think about it.

Anyways, I want to watercool my shitty turbo, just so I don't have to wait before shutting off the car.

Yeah thats nice too. This turbo is freshly rebuilt 7k ago. So it is near perfect condition.

a 50$ turbo timer can ease those (idont want to leave the car running) issues. plus your ---- wont get stolen when your warming the bitch up in the morn.
