Very accurate scientific test. A big fan set who knows where (looks like it's right infront, exactly where he stands so that makes a nice big hole) using a heat-gun blasting directly into a IC and trying to cool it with a handheld spray gun..

That's like saying a G-Tech Pro is accurate, discount as many variables as possible and assume the result is 100% correct.

Don't some stock cars come with intercooler sprayers?

I don't see why it wouldn't work, and it doesn't cost much for a simple setup.

that test is flawed because, there is air moving through the intercooler when you're moving. and the air hitting the water makes it cool and evaporate faster.

this is obvious by getting your hand wet, its not that cold, then swing your arm around and it feels cooler.

he needed a fan when doing that test.

Did you not even read it or what? He was using a big 1/4 HP fan

just relocate your winshield washer nossles and mount them on your bumper support, when you wanna spray just pull the handle.

you could use a fuel injector conected to a switch..

or you could just drill a hole in the actual intke piping and install an injector, then spray windshield fluid in the intake... i do it and it works good...

it raises compression, cools the charge, the alcholol raises octane rating, and is verry inexpnsive.

I did the and ran the several lines thru a dsm sidemount intercooler. It made a difference on a hot day.

He sprayed on 32 ounces of water, that is a decent amount of water when you consider a gallon of water is rougly 2 lbs. You planning on dousing your intercooler with a waterfall of water that you will store where??? and will last how long??? There is also propane injection to look into.

And if I'm wrong then there is always water injection O0

Go for water injection rather than just spraying it over your IC
