you have whats called your 'coolant by pass' which is two coolant hoses going in to the tb right under where your intake goes, one is a coolant feed, the other is a coolant return, you can t in to those.

Where can I get a low profile banjo style fitting though? The opening in the back is really tight.

Tapping the line is simple, find a coolant line under your throttle body, cut it in half, and extend both of the lines to the turbo. (use rubber fuel line 5/16 works great) and run the lines into the turbo, either way works there is no coolant flow direction through a center section.

As far as a low profile banjo bolt, just use a stock one, almost all t3's use banjos from the factory, saab's and I think Tbirds do to?.. I usually just hack the coolant lines off and flare the ends, slide the hose over and clamp it.

Re:water cooling

Rather than cutting it, I'm just going to take it out completely. That way I don't have to mess around with any kind of couplers or intermediate fittings between the new and the old. Besides, if I change my mind, I got the old one ready to go back on. ;)

As far as a banjo style fitting, I got my turbo with plastic plugs in them, so I have to find something else. I can get a regular barb fitting in the front, but there's only about an inch clearance in the back and I'm pretty sure I can't get a standard elbow in there, so I gotta find something a little more low profile.

Re:water cooling

I'm going to add water lines to my HMT today and just wanted to make 100% sure I had a few things right. When I'm done, I'll do a little write up instead of having to answer the same "water cooling" questions over and over again. :)

1)The cooling line that I'm going to tap in to is the one coming from the back of the head/under the valve cover filter. It the one that goes under the fuel line and to the TB... is that right? I know for sure it is a cooling line, but it I reroute it to the turbo and then back to the TB, will that result in higher TB temps?
