for some reason it sounds like the sping in the 35mmxt wastegate is making noise at idle.I have a hose runing from the turbo to it.If i was to run a hose from intake to the wastegate to keep vac. on it would it hurt the wastegate or keep it closed at idle and not make noise.should i plug the turbo hose and just run one from the intake manifold?

Sounds like there's something wrong with the wg, take it apart and have a look.

 

I took wg apart and found some small set screws loose.there tight now and its not making the noise. xs power wg are junk

 

they're known to come with loose set screws, just gotta tighten them and the wg will hold up fine
