Default wastegate/bov problem

i'm having trouble with my bov. it is a blitz bov and i have internal wg. my wastegate opens before my bov. i have tightened and loosened my bov to see if it would make a difference but still the sam either way.could someone please tell me what i can do to stop the premature wastegate problem? its a 14b tdo5h thanks.

is your wategate adjustable? if so, you should be able to fix it that way. If not, I don't know what the problem could be...but I bet you could fix it with a boost controller.

One more question...where is the vacuum line hooked from the BOV...it should hooked to intake manifold vacuum...

wastegate is not adj. but vac is to intake manifold thanks

problem sounds like wastegate, not BOV related.

Get a boost controller, shell out for a nice one like a Hallman pro and see if that helps.

lol wastegate opens before BOV .... I thought the other HMT member would notice what he said.
the wastegate always opens before the bov...the wastegate controls boost and the BOV let's the air/boost go out of the charge pipe when taking your foot of the throttle...seems everything is working fine....your wastegate seem to be set at 4 psi, or you may have some leaks somewhere.

sorry sem i worded it all wrong hehe. my wastegate flutters and is more audible then the bov. with the stock dsm bov i heard no wg sound at all i loosened and tightened the bov to see if it made a difference it did not.
by the way trie a boost controller of my friends today and no dice same problem!!! i'm stumped checked for leaks couldn't find any would it be safe to say accuator is bad?

Are you venting to atmosphere or recirculating? And who cares how loud it is, you can't even hear my recirculated 1g DSM BOV compared to my Wastegate with an open dump tube

its vented to atmosphere. not worried about how loud it is just don't like wastegate flutter
