Default wasegate

how do u tell what size the wastegate is? i know it a 35 or 38mm but i need to order a new valve seat. the guy i brough it from didnt send it and he dont know the size. it a ssac wastegate

i think he meant the cost of the valve seat and not the actual wastegate.
