Those engines are strong and you can go 10-12lbs on stock pistons, but your gonna need bigger exhaust, stronger fuel pump and about 550cc injectors, and map sensor... and good tune.! And you can make 250hp at the wheels easy, .................. alot of fun.

ur such a ---- stick. they can easily handle more than 10-12 # u *** jack.
i ran 18 #s on my stock d with 450's a basemap and a crushed stock fpr. ---- was crazy fast yo. but i for real did. lol. on a volvo 42 48
